Spanning 7,000 sq ft, this custom built mini estate features state of the art construction in a pastoral three acre setting. Meticulously detailed custom crafted interior and exterior combines wood, iron and stone. An epicurean double kitchen using WoodMode Custom cabinets, and a living area with custom architectural enhancement throughout. Radiant heat through the home and garage and also features a hydro air combination. Pella Architectural Series windows compliment the high standards of construction as does the custom mahogany entrance door, cherry wood floors and cherry and wrought iron railings. This stately home features old world craftsmen’s specialties in a modern setting.

The project consisted of construction of a 4 story building with underground parking garage, a new Walgreen’s store with retail space on the first floor and 24 high end condominiums on the next two floors. |

Construction of a 5000 square foot masonry and steel addition to an existing manufacturing facility. Site construction involved an extremely high water table and close proximity to neighboring property. Building construction involved concrete foundations, masonry wall and steel bearing floors and roof, new HVAC system, vertical storage lift, new electrical service, new loading dock and handicap accessibility. What made this project more difficult was that the masonry was constructed during a very harsh winter for a spring dedication. |

RENOVATIONS TO ST. THOMAS MORE NARRAGANSETT, RI |

The work consisted of complete stripping and roof replacement on the entire Church. Also included was stripping of the existing white cedar shingles on the main Church and installation of new red cedar shingles restoring the Church to it’s original condition and historical beauty. |
